We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which did include scrambled eggs and sausage patties, and the DIY waffles, cereal, yogurt options on each day. The hospitality from the staff was on point for each encounter. Cathi in housekeeping had a genuine concern to help us as we were returning back to the hotel with my mom‘s wheelchair and Paula at the front desk was very friendly and professional upon check-in and checkout. This high level of service means a lot to me as I was in the hotel industry for many many years.

From the moment we checked in, I knew this was a great place because the process was smooth and the guy was very nice and had a smile on his face. Location is great and the beds are comfy. Also the breakfast was good.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff, very reasonable and great for the the night before cruising. Texas Roadhouse very close and about 30 min from cruise port so always stay here night before cruising!

Clean comfortable beds, excellent front desk and housekeeping, easy check in, perfect customer service and great breakfast. I usually stay here when I have to travel to New Orleans. It’s the perfect little gem

Good except coffee and cups were never replenished and liners were not replaced in trash cans. Only small complaint otherwise it was fine. FYI: Only the right plug in works on the bedside lamp.
